Usee, Inc. is the Lifestyle Tele-Media Company organized as a Texas Corporation and is headquartered in Dallas with additional offices in Los Angeles, and Chicago. Through a joint venture with a team of visionary engineers and network innovators at XCastLabs, the Company is able to provide seamless, cost efficient and operational effective VoIP and video/content services.

Usee's primary focus is to provide real time, face-to-face video communications and content to meet the needs of consumers, businesses and institutions. We create a virtual tele-media experience for the end user with our UseeiseeFone™ and UseeiseeSoftFone™ currently with other options to soon follow.

THE PRODUCT

In 1964, the world was amazed by the first "picture phone" which married sound with sight. Unfortunately, the cost was so prohibitive for the average consumer that the picture phone was abandoned into oblivion. Now, 45 years later, it’s a reality. Usee, Inc. is introducing the UseeiseeFone™ and UseeiseeSoftFone™ to the world.

It's all made possible through proprietary, cutting-edge technology that delivers the only real-time, 25 - 30 frame per second, no-blurring, no audio delay picture. Even better, there's unlimited long distance calls to any landline or cell phone anywhere in the U.S.A. and Canada plus unlimited international calls to another UseeiseeFone™ anywhere in world.

There's nothing like the UseeiseeFone™ in terms of quality, value or user-friendly technology. Nor is there another company with the vision to create a world-wide, UseeiseeFone™ brand that will resonate with the consumer and promises to capture the attention of major corporations and institutions.

PRODUCT FEATURES

The UseeiseeFone™ is a fully functioning telephone device, working like any other phone you may use. However, the UseeiseeeFone™ also enables the user to communicate, face-to-face, with other UseeiseeFones™. Of course, it can be used to call non- UseeiseeeFone™. This device also has additional capabilities of being able to connect directly to a TV set or computer for a larger picture. Standard phone features such as call holding, call forwarding, call transfer, conferencing plus over 300 other features are also included. Also available for a small additional charge is e911 service.

Consumer installation is simple and easy. It is truly plug and play. There is no down-loading or activation code necessary. Once the UseeiseeeFone™ is removed from its shipping carton, the consumer simply connects the Ethernet cable into their DSL or Cable Modem and then plugs the power cord into a power supply. The UseeiseeFone will then take about 10 to 20 seconds to auto-provision itself. Once that is completed, calls can begin immediately.

COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE

The UseeiseeFone™ has all the features of a traditional telephone but enables both parties to view and converse with each other in real time. In addition, both the UseeiseeFone™ and the UseeiseeSoftFone™ can deliver high quality content like movies and advertising further differentiating us from all other competitors who are unable to do so. It could be said that there are other "face-to-face" devices on the market that appear to deliver similar benefits and features as the UseeiseeFone™. The chart below, however, speaks for itself.

Others is a foundation that Usee started when we became incorporated. The word "others" was extracted from Matthew 7:12..."So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you... It is also known to many as the "Golden Rule".

Usee has committed 10% of our profits to Others as a way to give back to those less fortunate in the communities we serve around the world. It is our hope that we can especially help needy children who may need scholarships, medical expenses defrayed, opportunities for camps, coaching and counseling. There are obviously many other people and needs that Others will be able to address.

Missions/Ministries/Military

Usee has a heart for those who serve in the missions' fields, in ministries, and our military. We know that our technology brings people closer together. When you can communicate face-to-face, whether you are calling across town or around the world, it brings people closer together. We know this from our own personal situations. Our families, like most, are scattered across the US and around the world; but, because of the Usee technology, we have the opportunity to see our loved ones daily. We want to provide this opportunity to those serving in missions, ministries and the military. And we'd like to do this at no expense or at the least amount possible for those who serve others.
